TR - KALI İade Politikası
KALI’den satın aldığınız ürünü, teslim tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde iade edebilirsiniz.
Kullanılmış veya hasar görmüş ürünler iade kapsamına alınmamaktadır.
İade Süreci
İade talebinizi iletmek için, hangi ürünü iade etmek istediğinizi belirterek [email protected] adresine e-posta göndermeniz yeterlidir.
E-posta sonrasında size iade adresi bildirilecektir.
İade kargo ücreti müşteriye aittir.
İade Koşulları
• Ürün kullanılmamış, hasar görmemiş ve orijinal ambalajında olmalıdır.
• Ambalajı yırtılmış, zedelenmiş veya üzerine bant yapıştırılmış ürünler iade edilemez.
• Bu durumda ürün müşteriye geri gönderilir; ek kargo ücretleri müşteriye aittir.
• Ürünle birlikte gönderilen tüm aksesuarların eksiksiz ve hasarsız şekilde iade edilmesi gerekmektedir.
Aksi takdirde iade işlemi gerçekleştirilemez.
İade Edilemeyen Ürünler
• Ürünün niteliği gereği yeniden satılamayacak duruma gelmesi halinde iade kabul edilmez.
• Yeni Yıl, Sevgililer Günü, Anneler Günü, Babalar Günü gibi özel günler için üretilen ürünlerde iade yapılamaz.
• Özel ithalat kapsamında temin edilen ürünler iade edilmemektedir.
Hasarlı Ürünler
Ürünün teslimatı sırasında hasarlı olduğu fark edilirse, ürüne müdahale etmeden önce [email protected] adresi üzerinden bizimle iletişime geçebilir ve iade talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.
Kullanıcı kaynaklı hasarlar tarafımızca iade alınmayacaktır.

EN - KALI Return Policy
You may return the product you purchased from KALI within 14 days from the delivery date.
Used or damaged products are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To submit a return request, please send an email to [email protected] indicating which product you would like to return.
After your email, the return address will be shared with you.
The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
Return Conditions
• The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• Products with torn, damaged packaging or packaging with tape applied on it cannot be returned.
• In this case, the product will be sent back to the customer; any additional shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
• All accessories sent with the product must be returned completely and without damage.
Otherwise, the return process cannot be completed.
Non-Returnable Products
• Returns are not accepted if the product is no longer suitable for resale due to its condition.
• Products produced for special occasions such as New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day cannot be returned.
• Products supplied through special import are not eligible for return.
Damaged Products
If you notice that the product is damaged during delivery, you may contact us at [email protected] before taking any action on the product and submit a return request.
Damages caused by the user will not be accepted for return.
